Want to be a part of our team?The Global Process Owner will drive the overall strategy, design, policies, digitization and optimization of the value stream processes, ensuring that the end-to-end process meets business priorities and achieves its transformation goals.Working at NTTStrategic activities management:Connects business strategy and goals to end-to-end processesAligns diverse stakeholders across end-to-end processesMaintains process integrity and contributes to business process model been up-to-date and in line with business needs and market trendsWorks with business and service providers to identify opportunities for value accelerationReviews process performance metrics against benchmarks and guide process improvement initiatives Delivers process optimisation for GBS (Global Business Services) once services are implementedDrives continuous improvement and innovation culture in collaboration with business such as RPA, AI, etc.Process and performance management:In conjunction with business (local/regional) and GBS team, creates best practice policies and processes for the end-to-end processesDefines Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for processes to be delivered by service provider, GBS and/or businessProvides guidance and advice to functional leadership on the system/process implications of changeTakes a proactive role in understanding the processes to ensure process alignment across business and functional teamsProvides regular proposals for process transformation and improvement based on knowledge of third party capability aligned with the organisation requirementsContributes to process documentation, training materials including governanceMaintains GPO (Global Process Owner) standard operating proceduresOversees the process for change management to drive the adoption Participates in GBS and business governance forumsCreate culture for consistent client and employee experiences feedbackQualifications: Minimum - Bachelors degree (Accounting or Business Management preferred)Beneficial - Post graduate degree (Accounting or Business Management preferred) and/or equivalent job-related experienceBeneficial - Six Sigma Black BeltWhat will make you a good fit for the role?Prior experience of developing standard functional processes on a common platform, including design and development of process maps and activity documentsDetailed practical knowledge of end-to-end processes in the value streams of ( O2O, 02C, S2P, R2R, H2R )Experience of developing and executing a transformation strategy and roadmapDemonstrated an ability to drive continuous improvement and innovationExcellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills to establish and maintain a good rapport with stakeholder groupsCommunication & presentation skills (able to convey ideas concisely and persuasively)Strong influencing skills (e.g., able to influence stakeholders about the key changes required in line with business needs)Ability to manage stakeholders globally (this will require managing time zones and travel)
