The Belfast Sports and Community Centre Inc. Christchurch Central, CanterburyCoaching & Instruction (Sport & Recreation)The RDO will be responsible for the Coach and player development in the Belfast Rugby Senior club, and will work closely with our Junior RDO, Div 1 Head Coach, Club Captain, Board Chairman and Club President.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE :Retention and recruitment of players for all teams each seasonCoaching DevelopmentPlayer welfareRegular observations, assessments and coach reviews with Senior coaching staff.End of season Coach reviews.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Minimum NZR (DRC) World Rugby Level 2 accreditation, NZR/World Rugby Level 3 (advanced coaching) preferableExperience in Coach and player development, as well as a successful history of coachingExcellent communication skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain the strong relationships that the club already has, and to implement new and innovative ideas which will benefit the club on and off the field.CONDITIONS:Competitive package to be negotiated with the successful applicant - minimum salary $55000 p.a. maximum salary $65000 p.a.Use of company vehicleThis permanent full-time position will commence on 22 February 2023Applications for this position will close on Friday 27 January 2023To Apply for this position please send your rugby and professional CV and a cover letter to ******Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Report this job advert Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
